Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect through ejisco.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Who we are
Ejisco Technologies (“Ejisco”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company based at 119 Danladi Kifasi Close, Utako, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@ejisco.com.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- the message you send us, and anything you choose to include in it
- a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse — we do not store your actual IP address with your message
If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp or social media, we receive the details you share and the contact information attached to that channel.
When you browse the site, our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, so that the site can be delivered securely.
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the X Pixel collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or ad that referred you, whether you sent our contact form (not what you wrote), your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We use this to measure how the site and our adverts perform. Meta and X may link this to your account on their platforms under their own privacy policies, and use it to show you our adverts. If you decline, none of these tools are loaded.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you
- to send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message
- to protect the website and our inbox from spam, fraud, and abuse
- to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it
We rely on your consent when you choose to contact us or accept cookies, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies
With your permission, we use analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, kept for up to two years), the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc, kept for about three months), and the X Pixel (_twclid, plus cookies X sets on its own domains). They are only set after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people apart from automated bots; it is not used to track you across other websites.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our email, under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Supabase — secure storage of contact form submissions
- Resend — delivery of contact form notifications and confirmation emails
- Zoho Mail — our business email
- Cloudflare — website security and spam protection
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics, only if you accept cookies
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X — advert measurement, only if you accept cookies
- Google Fonts — delivery of the typefaces used on this site
- our website hosting provider
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside Nigeria, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, such as contractual protections and the providers’ own security and compliance commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form enquiries for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your information
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send your information to you or another organisation in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
To use any of these rights, email info@ejisco.com. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the regulator of a breach where the law requires.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Please also read our Terms of Use.
